What kind of image or design can I upload?
You can upload almost anything, a logo, a hand drawn sketch, a business sign design, a photo of text you like, or even a screenshot of an idea you found online. Our design team will turn it into a neon-ready sign layout.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept most common image formats including JPG, PNG, PDF and AI files. If you are not sure your file will work, you can also just describe your idea in the form and our team will help bring it to life.
Do I need a high quality image for you to work with?
Not necessarily. Even a rough sketch or low quality reference image gives our designers enough to start with. If we need more detail or clarification we will reach out to you directly before finalizing anything.
Will I see a design before I pay?
Yes. Once you upload your image or describe your idea, we prepare a free mockup and quote based on your requirements before any payment is made.
Can I request changes to the mockup?
Yes, we want you to be fully happy with the design before production starts. You can request revisions to the layout, size, color or font until it matches exactly what you had in mind.
How long does it take to receive my free quote and mockup?
Typically our team responds within 24 to 48 hours after you submit your image or design request.
Can I upload a picture of an existing sign I want recreated?
Yes, this is actually one of the most common requests we get. Just upload the photo and let us know if you want it recreated exactly or with modifications.
What if I do not have a design and just have an idea in my head?
That is completely fine. Just describe your idea in as much detail as you can in the form, wording, colors, size and where you plan to display it, and our team will create a custom mockup based on your description.
